1. If you have already purchased the product, there is no "Enter
Registration Code" button in the registration window which
indicates that you are still using the trial version not the
full-working version. That is, you haven't upgraded it into
the full-working version. If you just purchased the product
via the order system of Shareit, there is a link for downloading
the full-working upgrade package in the registration email,
and you can also get the link from Customer
Care Center.
2. Please pay attention to the following information if you
are the user who purchased our product before Jan 20, 2007:
Our Registration system and Live Update system are being changed
completely. Therefore, the user who purchased our product before
Jan 20, 2007 is unable to upgrade their product till the two
systems changed. There are about hundreds of users requiring
to upgrade everyday, it's impossible for us to meet so many
requirements manually. The new upgrade method will be noticed
on this page soon.
3. At present, there is only the Shareit order system on this
website(iconcool.com). Meanwhile, there are few software websites
which are using the Regsoft and Regnow order system for selling
our products. The following page lists the product ID of all

4. Normally, after your order being authorized, you can receive
your registration code and upgrade info within few minutes.
If you haven't received them within two hours, please visit
Customer
Care Center and click My Account to login into the
customer service area in which you can find your registration
code and upgrade info.
If you haven't the user ID and password of My Account, please
click the "User data forgotten or unknown?" link on
the "My Account" login page, then enter the e-mail
address you entered as the billing address for your order, and
submit your request. A few moments later, you will receive your
user ID and the link to rebuild your password.
5. If you want to know more about My Account, please visit Customer
Care Center. In addition, the Customer
Care Center offers FAQs, order data and information
on contacting customer service.
6. If you want to know about more information of our products,
or you meet some troubles while downloading, purchasing or using
the products, we would like to help you at any time. We will
try our best to satisfy you, and we also improve our customer
supports in order to bring you much better customer service
experience.
