How to register and obtain the latest version?

How can I upgrade my IconCool products?
I am a registered user, how can I get the latest upgrade information?
I paid for the registration. Now, 24 hours later, I still haven`t received my registration code. Why?
Can I upgrade the trial version by the online update?
Is it necessary to buy the CD?
If I haven`t receive the CD which I paid, what should I do?
After more than one day I still haven`t get my reg information, what should I do?

Q. How to register and obtain the latest version?

A. After you have purchased our product, we will send the registration Email to you which includes the registration information and the download address for the full version.

After downloading the full version program, please save it into the installation directory and run it to replace the original trial version one. Please run the main program again, click “I've already purchased... ” in the registration window and enter into the registration information, and then you are the registered user.

Q. How can I upgrade my IconCool products?

A:1.If you are registered user, simply use the Live Update function to upgrade your application to the latest full-working version. If your application is an old copy which doesn't support Live Update, please download a Full Installation Package from the Download page, then re-install it again.

IconCool's live update function is refreshing and ceased temporarily. Sorry for any inconvenience.

2.For trial versions, please download the upgrade package (an Exe or Zip package), and install it within your existing folder. This overwrites the original files of the same name.

Q. I am a registered user, how can I get the latest upgrade information?

A: We automatically notify all registered users of every Major Upgrade. If you aren't getting our notification, please send an Email to Feedback with the following information:
1 . Software Name
2. Order ID
3. Registration Name
4. Email Address(included in your order, or used to receive the first registration info)
5. Old registration code

If you can not offer all the information, please info us:
1. When did you order IconCool software ?
2. Where did you order IconCool software (Regsoft,RegNow,ShareIt,RegNet, other )?
3. How much did it cost ?

We'll send you the upgrade information without charge within 24 hours.

Q. I paid for the registration. Now, 24 hours later, I still haven't received my registration code. Why?

1. Normally, after your order being authorized, you can receive your registration code and upgrading info within few minutes. If you haven't received them within two hours, please visit Customer Care Center and click My Account to login into the customer service area in which you can find your registration code and upgrading info.

If you haven't the user ID and password of My Account, please click the "User data forgotten or unknown?" link on the "My Account" login page, then enter the e-mail address you entered as the billing address for your order, and submit your request. A few moments later, you will receive your user ID and the link to rebuild your password.

2. If you want to know more about My Account, please visit Customer Care Center. In addition, the Customer Care Center offers FAQs, order data and information on contacting customer service.

Q. Can I upgrade the trial version by the online update?

A: Sorry for that. All the trial versions haven't that function. Only the full registered version we send to you after purchase could upgrade.
But you can download the latest trail version from the following URL: Http://www.iconcool.com/download.htm

Q. Is it necessary to buy the CD?

A: No, you needn't. Buying CD is just a option Regsoft offered and sold.
In any case, you can get your reg info after you paid.

Q. If I haven`t receive the CD which I paid, what should I do?

A: The price shown on our site isn't beside the CD. The CD is sold by Regsoft. You should inquire Regsoft to get the CD.

Q. After more than one day I still haven't get my reg information, what should I do?

A: You should check your inboxes which you may use to receive mails. Another possibility is your e-mail couldn't receive our mail because of the unknown server problems. Please tell us another e-mail address you have.

Q. What are the IconCool refund policy?

A: At IconCool we suggest that you take advantage of our free trial software downloads and visit the product pages of our website to get comprehensive product information. What's more, we encourage you to make the best decision on purchasing.

If you need to return an IconCool product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Meanwhile, IconCool reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable refund. Therefore, you should explain what the problem is and the reason you want to refund in details, including your full order information. You have to uninstall all downloaded files and the refunded products can't be copied or saved in any other way after refunding. Your order information will be deleted from our database and the corresponding services will be cancelled.
